Dutch label Legendary Sound Research have delivered some tasty vibes right here, just in time for the summer season. Let’s be honest there is a tonne of stuff out there which has got no soul to it, no body or feeling,…but this EP couldn’t be any further from that.
Selvy is a Polish chap I’ve never heard of before, which surprises me a little given the level at which his production sits. All 4 cuts on this EP do the business and are sure players throughout the summer. The opening track which I’ve added below has got one of the most lush piano breaks I’ve heard in ages. Overall Selvy has impressed, all very well arranged and musically rich. What a way to kick things off! Get your copy on JUNO
