Last Night On Earth is Sashas label for emerging talent and his own solo productions. Now on it’s 22nd Vinyl release the label continues to deliver solid house music in its various forms. The Island EP is nothing short of stunning.
3 Original tracks and a pair of remixes from Baikal and Jacob Korn make for a delightful selection of tracks. In fact it’s the remixes that stand out for me on the EP. Baikals rework of ‘The Island’ is a deep mind bender with vocal delays galore.
Jacob gets his mitts on the track ‘Lies’ and slams an analogue synth line all over it, a wicked groove on a housier tip.
