The second Robsoul EP to make the blog over the past few months. A Block Trax Volume 2 by Nail comes with 4 cuts of no nonsense house beats. Sweet Feet opens the release and is the tamest from the bunch, working really well to set the mood, then followed by Frigid Beats.
On the flip is Village Trax, showing elements of Jazz drifting in and out of a cool house vibe. Snapshot (which is my personal favourite ) ties up the B-Side, another sold grooving beat with sampled vocals and deep chords. On the whole a great follow up from his first ‘A Block Trax Volume 1’ .
