Antonio Monllor AKA Towie is an Alicante based DJ, Producer who was born and raised in the United Kingdom but moved to Spain in 2006. At about 15 years old and mesmerized by the art of DJing he began to experiment with mixing music by himself. Years of playing, experiencing new cultures, moving to London and Manchester for engineering studies at SAE kept his desire to pursue a music career, which to this day he is so deeply committed too.

His label ´No Dough´ was launched not long after moving to Spain as a means to releasing his own music. He now runs the label alongside fellow producer, friend and artist in his own right – Matt Sargeant AKA Broken. Joining forces and combining both their efforts saw the re-launch of No Dough at the beginning of 2009.

Since then the label has grown with its artists, always maintaining its artistic appearance, expression of fresh music and community following. Towie´s first composition of electronic music was released on 12” by Germany´s Sportclub Music. Towie and the two guys Axel Bartsch and Asem Shama still keep a strong relationship and have hosted label showcases together in Alicante and at the infamous Sonar festival in Barcelona. Other labels such as mono-mental digital, Sideways and of course No Dough have released his music along the way, most of which receiving massive support from an army of DJ´s and Media.

This year has brought many more projects to life such as a quirky collaboration with his label partner under the name Jazhansolo, what’s more he is currently working on a new way to express his musical personality both in the studio and for performances. In keeping with the demands and access of electronic music he recently gave away a full E.P via the No Dough website named ´From Me To You´. Totally free and available for anyone who visits the site. The concept of giving away release´s is just but a small part of what No Dough offer to their supporters, you will pleasantly surprised to see what’s coming up . Keep a look out.
