Dave delivers what he’s know best for, 2 chunky deep cuts called ‘Givin It Dub’ and ‘Find A Lover’ but with just enough wobble to fit the Music For Freaks mould. If you haven’t heard of the label before I highly recommend you listen to some of the older stuff too. Look here
There’s a cheeky downtempo number called Freez that could easily mash your head at an after hours graveyard session, but my pick on the record is the SoulPhictions remix. A simple funky groove with a perpetual percussive loop and nice work on vocal to keep it interesting. Out Now.
