Newly formed London duo Chris & Antanas are new to the roster here at NDV and have proven, certainly to us, that they’re capable of producing some seriously on point smokin hot tracks. With an EP already locked in, we asked the two if they could produce a fresh track to give away and as expected, they obliged without hesitation and cooked up a fresh piece of lowslung, chunky, rhythmic house which could easily have made it onto the vinyl itself (had there been room!).
‘Hold It Down’ is as good as any top selling vinyl on Juno or alike and we’re proud of the guys for doing such a good job. There was no holding back on this one, even as a total freebie and gives a nice taste of what to expect on their first ‘Afrikaan Donce EP’ and future releases to come.
